 I founded CYA Nursing Notes with a mission of helping practicing nurses increase their knowledge of protecting their license through education and increased access to clinical decision making practice.  

Many newer nurses have not had access to clinical settings in which to practice clinical decision making OR how to effectively chart.

I have 23 years of nursing practice under my belt including, ER setting, forensic nursing, and nursing education.

I will post areas for you to get charting feedback , practice charting on wounds and conditions, and ensure you are able to demonstrate competence to your state board of nursing if asked.
